Due to health and safety considerations, all supplement sales are final, except in cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible products as described below.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Changes of mind or accidental purchases.

• Products that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals, unless defective.

• Products purchased in error.

• Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or personal preferences.

• Products that do not produce the desired or expected results.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect and package our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at everydayfoods@optonline.net.

Please include:

• Your full name.

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Authorization

Please do not send any products back without first contacting our customer support team.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover any required return shipping costs.

5. Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, except when a refund is required due to our error, a defective product, or applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns.

We cannot guarantee specific results from any supplement purchase. Lack of desired results does not independently qualify a product for a refund.

If you experience an unexpected or adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult an appropriate healthcare professional. Please also contact us so that we can document and review your concern.

This policy does not exclude any remedies available for unsafe, defective, or misrepresented products.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
